Brussel Sprouts

Well I had good intentions of taking a picture of my excellent dinner, but my husband seems to have taken the camera on his work trip. If I'm going to do this, I'll have to figure out that camera thing.

When I'm alone for dinner it's a sure bet there is going to be whole grains and probably roasted vegetables involved. I made a pilaf of bulgur and lentils. Put in a handful of chopped fresh parsley and topped it with a roasted mix of brussel sprouths, onions, and garlic. Yumm! I am lucky to have a husband that is not picky but Brussel Sprouts are one of the things that aren't on his favorite list so I take advantage of his trips.
