That's rigth, I made an amazing looking plum tart last night It came out perfectly. But.... I didnt' take a picture, thought about it after the tart was safely in our tummy's! My cellphone has been dead for a week, but we are charging a new one up this morning, so hopefully I remember to take pictures of tonights meal. :)
BTW - Joe is well - bored silly, but hanging in there.

A plum tart? Sounds tasty...but I"m not sure I've ever eaten a plum nor a tart, but I do enjoy a nice fruit cobbler, is that close?
